Dans le contexte d un accroissement d activité, vous serez en charge de la maintenance et de la réparation des véhicules automobiles. Votre rôle consistera à effectuer les révisions, changement plaquettes de freins et amortisseurs, ainsi que les réglages nécessaires. Vous serez également amené à réaliser les contrôles techniques et à effectuer les essais sur route pour garantir la qualité des interventions. Votre profil Profil : - Vous avez une expérience d au moins 3 ans en tant que mécanicien automobile. - Vous êtes titulaire d un diplôme de niveau CAP/BEP en mécanique automobile. - Vous avez de solides connaissances en mécanique automobile, électricité automobile et diagnostic électronique. - Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux et avez le sens du détail. - Vous avez de bonnes capacités d adaptation et êtes capable de travailler en équipe. - Vous possédez un permis de conduire valide.   • Dans le cadre de la croissance de ses activités, notre client, acteur majeur du secteur de la construction, renforce son Bureau d'Études de Prix et recherche son futur Chargé d'études d'études de prix GO/TCE H/F. Poste basé à Orléans. Sous la responsabilité du Directeur du Bureau d'Études de Prix, vous serez pleinement impliqué dans : - L'analyse des pièces des appels d'offres (DCE) et l'identification des facteurs de coût, des contraintes techniques et des risques associés. - L'élaboration des chiffrages et propositions financières, en intégrant des variantes techniques et des pistes d'optimisation. - La définition des modes opératoires et la construction du planning prévisionnel des travaux. - La consultation et sélection des sous-traitants et fournisseurs. - La rédaction du mémoire technique et des documents de remise d'offre. - La coordination avec les services internes (Achats, Méthodes, QSE, etc.) pour affiner et sécuriser les propositions. - Le maintien d'excellentes relations avec les interlocuteurs externes (maîtres d'ouvrage, maîtres d'œuvre, bureaux d'études) - De formation supérieure en Bâtiment, Génie Civil, Économie de la Construction ou équivalent. - Une expérience significative en études de prix, idéalement acquise en Gros Oeuvre et TCE. - Une capacité d'analyse rigoureuse, d'une solide organisation, et d'un sens aigu de la coordination. - Une aisance relationnelle, d'un esprit d'équipe développé et d'une forte motivation à s'inscrire durablement dans un projet collectif.
