In your role you will support 10 Pubs across the country including the following cities: Bordeaux, Toulouse, Lyon, La Rochelle, Paris, Lille, Reims, Strasbourg, and Montpellier. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will need to be people orientated and have a passion for truly motivating, inspiring, and leading your teams. With particular focus on driving revenue, guest satisfaction and service delivery, your overall accountability will be for driving the brand strategy in all elements of the business, setting us apart from the competition as both a preferred employer and destination to have a drink. Through ongoing critiquing of financial KPI’s, you will be expected to take ownership for the profitability of all sites and with the support of our marketing team prompting actions to maximise sales growth wherever possible. This role will naturally suit an operator from a wet-led hospitality customer centric background. You will be required to be out in trade 4 days p/w.
