As a Field Service Engineer III, you'll provide expert installation, maintenance, and repair services for sophisticated analytical and microscopy equipment. Working with advanced technology, you'll deliver outstanding technical support while building strong relationships with customers across research institutions, universities, and industrial facilities. You'll resolve complex issues, conduct preventive maintenance, and train users to ensure optimal system performance. Localisation: ideally from Marseille area to cover mainly Nice - Marseille - Toulon - Montpellier - Avignon. REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications additional languages are beneficial. Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical documentation, schematics, service manuals, and engineering drawings. Proficiency with Windows operating systems, networking, and standard business software. Ongoing technical training and certifications will be required to maintain and develop expertise on supported technologies and products. Experience mentoring, coaching, or training colleagues is preferred. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs (approximately 23 kg) and work safely in laboratory and customer environments. Must follow all applicable safety protocols and be comfortable working in cleanroom environments when required.
