Nous recherchons un Chef de Cuisine (F/H) pour un restaurant d’entreprise servant 600 couverts par jour, situé sur un site de référence pour un client historique du groupe dans le secteur du luxe français.
Ce poste requiert une maîtrise des réalisations à l’assiette, tant pour les entrées que pour les plats chauds, dans un esprit de restauration gastronomique, sur une base de 300 couverts dans un premier temps. En complément, vous assurerez une prestation de type self amélioré durant 10 semaines dans l’année. Votre quotidien chez nous :
Pour l'une de nos cuisines centrales située à Pontault Combault (77), réalisant 14 000 repas par jour nous recherchons un(e) Diététicien(ne) H/F en CDI. Vous serez rattaché(e) au Directeur d'Exploitation. Idéalement issu(e) d'un BTS Diététique, vos principales missions sont :
· Réalisation des menus pour les sites en production Cuisines Centrales à partir des trames nationales, · Accompagnement de nos clients en matière d'équilibre alimentaire et de réglementations, · Animation des commissions de menus et de restaurants, · Mettre à jour les bases documentaires nécessaires au bon suivi dossiers, · Être en relation avec l’ensemble des interlocuteurs, · Assurer le suivi renforcé de différents besoins sur les écoles.
Et surtout faire de votre sécurité et celle de vos équipes une priorité !

Vous travaillerez au siège social du groupe Sodexo, situé à Issy-Les-Moulineaux, accessible de Paris par le RER C, le Tram T2 depuis la Défense et Porte de Versailles ou la ligne de métro 12.
MISSIONS
Au sein d’une équipe de 12 personnes, vous pourrez vous former sur des sujets fiscaux variés en évoluant dans un groupe à dimension internationale :
Fiscalité opérationnelle Assister la Direction fiscale sur les dossiers en cours, en fiscalité française et internationale : études et analyses des règles fiscales applicables à l’activité opérationnelle, participation à l’élaboration de notes fiscales techniques ou pratiques sur tous types d’impots et taxes Participer aux réunions avec les clients internes de la Direction fiscale Intervenir en support des opérations de contrôle fiscal en France et à l’étranger par des recherches fiscales et des mises en forme d’informations
Restructuration Etudes des règles et rédaction de mémos pour la réalisation de projets de restructuration
Prix de transfert Mise à jour de la documentation des prix de transfert Suivi d’une base de données des contrats intragroupe
Veille fiscale Recherches relatives aux règles fiscales applicable tant en France qu’à l’étranger, projets OCDE, Directives UE concernant le Groupe Présenter des sujets et analyses de jurisprudence et d’actualité fiscale lors des réunions techniques de la Direction fiscale
Organisation Aider à la préparation de formations à destination des comptables, financiers, juristes, opérationnels

PROFILE
Titulaire d’un Master 2 Droit fiscal et Ecole des Avocats dans le cadre du PPI ou Ecole de commerce Vous avez un esprit rigoureux et une excellente capacité d’analyse Vous disposez de qualités rédactionnelles Vous démontrez une certaine aisance pour le travail d’équipe Vous êtes polyvalent(e) et curieux(se). Vous maîtrisez les outils de recherches juridiques en ligne, Excel et la suite Microsoft Office Votre anglais est opérationnel
