As a Senior Legal Counsel , you will join the General Secretary team, and will report directly to Geoffroy, our General Secretary. You will have the opportunity to provide a broad range of legal support to the business including Skaleet’s sales, product, finance, support and human resources teams.

You will primarily support :
Sales teams by mobilizing strong analytical skills to advise on legal risks, business strategies and other issues related to the conclusion of new contracts with partners, distributors and new customers , etc ; Technical teams by analyzing risks and responding to issues linked to personal data, data security and regulatory aspects in the banking sector; The general secretariat team on various subjects (including sales operations, finance, tax, product, data confidentiality) to provide legal information on all matters concerning strategy and customer requests.
Concretely, you will be responsibale for the following tasks :
Draft, negotiate and explain a wide variety of contracts; Follow up existing customers with the finance team and ensure debt collection; Organize regular training sessions on key legal topics; Create templates, guidelines and training materials; identify opportunities to improve existing processes, and develop and implement strategies to scale and standardize the use of legal resources.

Experience: minimum of 5 years of experience in-house and/or in a reputable law firm, working in the IP/IT and/or banking; Strong knowledge of, and interest in, IP/IT and information technology, personal data and banking law; Languages: Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken. Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to collaborate with diverse teams, an excellent team player. You thrive on challenges, have an entrepreneurial mindset, and enjoy the energy of scale-ups. Bonus Points: Previous experience in an international or European setting is a plus.
