Main Requirements: Master's degree, a Business School degree, an Engineering degree, or equivalent, you have a strong interest in the industry and/or experience in consulting. Professional Skills: You are familiar with the group and individual pension sector You are familiar with risks related to sick leave, disability, and death A good understanding of pension management flows (DSN, Prest'IJ, IJ Noemie, Pasrau) is a plus You have had the opportunity to learn pension management tools General Skills: You are able to observe, listen, and take a step back from situations, which allows you to think outside the box and be proactive You enjoy consulting work or are interested in learning more about this field, and you are committed to client satisfaction You are rigorous and organized, and you plan your activities and commit to what you know you can deliver.
