This is the core delivery level for consultants that have developed an understanding of and experience in applying standard tools to defined problems or for more experienced colleagues. Individuals will typically lead a team or work as part of a team in support of a client and manage themselves and their own contribution to ensure fit. Will receive general direction with work being reviewed at project end. Primary Responsibilities Within French or international project teams, leveraging as needed other Korn Ferry’s solutions, you will have the opportunity to assist companies of all sectors, from young start-ups to major multinationals, in transformation or at key moments of their development. Joining the Total Rewards Advisory team, you will work on: Rewards audits and strategy & programs design, for All Employees and in specific areas of Executive Pay & Governance and Sales Compensation, Classification and job grading projects using the Hay job evaluation methodology empowered by Korn Ferry’s new digital tools. Work on client projects in the Rewards area as consultant and work on operative as well as conceptual and questions and topics Focus primarily on the development, creation and implementation of customized solutions and concepts of analysis Responsible for creating and developing state-of-the-art presentations to visualize results and solutions Work closely with our Partners to support creation of offers and solution design May interact with executives of the client in the context of projects. Support senior colleagues on larger, more complex projects potentially leading some client facing aspects of the project in an area of expertise. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS Relevant Higher Degree (Degree or Masters), ideally in HR, Business Admin, Business Engineering, Law, Mathematics or similar Relevant work experience (6 years +) in consulting or industry in the area of Reward, C&B, Mobility, HR Knowledge of the design of reward systems and in the area of Performance Management Excellent language Skills in French, English and maybe another language Competent use of Microsoft office programs, especially Excel and data tools Good communicator, combined with problem solving competence, analytical skills and team orientation Client focus and confident, positive attitude and high engagement Team player Results and solution focused while managing complex situations.   • As a Senior IT Talent Acquisition Specialist, your focus will be on partnering with various stakeholder groups to create effective hiring strategies for current or forecasted vacancies within your area of responsibility. As a trusted, consultative partner, you will recruit for roles at all levels in your region and be the “go to” person for assistance in your team. Your strong process skills, and creative sourcing techniques will ensure success and growth of the account. Providing high-touch relationship management, customer focus and responsiveness in both client and candidate facing activities, you will consultatively manage the end-to-end recruitment process whilst being a subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness.
