  • Inside Sales & Marketing Manager  

    - Ile-de-France

    This is a fast-paced, dynamic and extremely satisfying high-energy business where the person is expected to have sense of urgency and be very hands–on. The successful candidate must be committed to customer service excellence and have experience that demonstrates success in an expanding, growth situation. The Inside Sales/Distribution Sales Manager must be comfortable working strategically and tactically with a very consultative sales approach. Key responsibilities will include: Manage the Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator and Inside Sales Manager Act as the key internal point of contact for French channel partners and distributors. Support the management of annual account budgets for channel accounts, including revenue targets, marketing spend, and contribution objectives. Coordinate effectively with the local sales team to maximize revenue and ensure consistent partner engagement. Support distribution partners with product and pricing information, promotions, and program materials. Work regionally across top distributor channels to deploy new product updates, technical resources, and marketing content. Translate and localize sales and marketing materials provided by European and Korean HQ on a monthly basis. Coordinate and manage local vendors for marketing and office services. Distribute localized marketing collateral to customers, suppliers, and partners. Support planning and execution of events, exhibitions, and seminars—including pre-event coordination, on-site presence, and post-event follow-up. Monitor marketing budgets and support efficient use of local marketing funds. Perform additional tasks as required to support the needs of the France office and regional strategy. Education and Experience: Previous experience within a Channel Marketing position; or a similar role Degree Education would be desirable Experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM system Previous experience working for a CCTV manufacturer would be beneficial. Degree Level Education would be advantageous PC Literate - Intermediate & Advanced ‘Microsoft Office’ skills to include Excel & PowerPoint Excellent verbal and written communications skills both French and English A desire to make a positive impact on the market and brand recognition Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with both internal colleagues and external customers & partners A team player – demonstrate success in team situations Logical and well organised with exceptional attention to detail Displays a pro-active approach and is a ‘solution finder’ Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Location: The jobholder is required to be located near the France sales office in 27-35, rue Victor Hugo, 94200 Ivry sur Seine and is office based.
