You have strong expertise in drafting plans and overseeing construction work, particularly within shared property settings (co-ownership).

In addition to having strong technical skills, the right candidate will plan, organize, coordinate and direct growth, operations, and programs to maintain short and long term financial and organizational viability, while fulfilling commitments to customers. This position will oversee (3) sites in (3) European Counties. Qualifications Preferably 8+ years’ management experience (100+ employees) Proven track record of P & L success and business development (Revenue 10m+) Strong commercial acumen with the ability to proactively identify financial challenges, analyze available information and identify innovative solutions.
