YOUR ROLE :
Within the Human Resources Department, you anticipate, identify, and support developments across your scope, ensuring the deployment of the Group’s HR policy while acting as a true strategic partner. As a strategic partner and operational support, you are the main point of contact for managers and employees within your perimeter.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Fully integrated and recognized within your scope, you act as an advisor and support to top management, frontline managers, and employees on HR and organizational matters. As such, you are a driving force for HR initiatives and capable of supporting the implementation of structuring projects. As a representative of the HR strategy and a value creator for your stakeholders, you lead the operational implementation of the Group’s HR policy across all departments under your responsibility. You notably support employees in their individual development and career progression within the Group. You serve as an interface with the various specialized HR departments such as recruitment, professional training, talent management, and labor relations. Finally, you contribute to various cross-functional projects within the Human Resources Department.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
Minimum of 8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) Experience in an international, multicultural, and demanding environment Fluent in English Proven ability to lead high-exposure, structuring projects (e.g., workforce planning, organizational design) Strong interpersonal and writing skills, as well as confident verbal communication Reactivity, initiative, and analytical mindset
