Overview and purpose of role: As a Retail Merchandising Intern at Christian Louboutin, you will be part of the Merchandising & Buying team and will have a various range of tasks. Your role is a key support function to the team, managing daily tasks as well as larger cross functional projects, working hand in hand with other departments and the stores. Your 3 mains missions will be: To follow and analyse the business to suggest actions Manage the stores requests (transfers, stock consolidation…) Participate actively in the buying session
Key Responsibilities of the role: Women Buying for EMEI Support the Buyers with the Weekly & Monthly Reports and provide analysis on business performance to inform on actions to take Assist the Buyers during the buying session: analysis pre-market, creation of buying packs, mappings… In charge of entering / cancelling orders and reorders, sizing, market split Merchandising responsibilities Manage the stores requests (transfers...) Reallocation of the stock between the stores to optimize sales and sell through, thanks to weekly stock consolidation Carry out a consistent competitive analysis (trends, product offer, price positioning) and create the best format to share it Support the business for example during sample sale, in store sales, events and store opening Analytics & Reportings for EMEI Assist the Buying and Merchandising team product sales analysis for the EMEI region In charge of consolidation of the buying reports Support the Merchandising department with ad hoc analysis and requests
Skills and Requirements: In order to deliver the main responsibilities of the role, you will need the following skills: Technical: BAC +5, business school or engineer school, a first experience is retail or merchandising is a plus Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset Fluent in French and English Soft skills: Adaptable and flexible. CONCEPT & CRÉATION • Développement de briefs créatifs : Création de concepts créatifs photo et vidéo suivant les instructions de la direction image. Élaboration de projections / Maquettes précises. Création de moodboard et de montage pour présentation aux équipes et aux talents. (Maitrise d’IA générative est un plus). • Veille concurrentielle et artistique : Analyse et benchmark de ce que font les autres marques. Recherche et proposition de nouveaux talents en lien avec l’ADN de la maison. As Stock Associate, your role is to maintain a perfect level of stock with no discrepancies and make it accessible to the Sales Associates' team. You should be tidy and well organized to support the sales team in offering our customers the smoothest experience. Key Responsibilities of the role: Service delivery At Christian Louboutin, customer service can also be internal. Manage defective stock meticulously and in a timely manner, escalating any issues or concerns.Entering inputs and outputs in the stock control software Y2 ensuring on-going optimization of the stock and availability of the goods. Organizing the storage space in order to have the best accessibility to the products. Carrying out weekly consolidations requested by hierarchy, proceed end of season stock clearance. Manage the replenishment of merchandise and marketing tools in collaboration with managers. Proactive in giving new and relevant propositions for stock optimization in order to avoid overstocking and sold out. Preparing and carrying out precise and rigorous fiscal and rotating inventories. Assist with all receiving/shipping and inventory related paperwork Opening of the boutique in security according to the needs and delivery schedules. Work closely with the business on company calendar to forward plan for external events and seasonal changes in the business. You will be responsible for stock management and organising the dispatch of goods and stock management: Storage on LM of the collections produced for the fashion shows of the designers with whom we work each season (ready-to-wear Oct & March + Haute Couture Jan & July) Storage on LM of the prototypes we collect from the comic strip each season (SS & FW) Storage on LM of pairs produced for the photo department after use on shoots. Storage and management of press stock + seeding influence Destocking of all collections at the end of the season Responding to all requests from other departments to borrow samples (photo department, shoemaking, legal, workshop, HR for leaving/birthday gifts, studio, ML, etc.) Respond to all requests from other foreign offices to borrow samples. SHOOTING
- Préparation des shootings (booking studio, mannequins, glam team et matériel)
- Centraliser les différentes demandes des équipes de shootings
- Rédaction de la feuille de service et liste techniciens
- Organisation du rapatriement des produits et éléments nécessaires au shooting (stock set design maison, matériel photo du studio, ..)
- Présence sur les shootings (préparation des produits, mise en place du catering)

5 ans minimum d’expérience sur un poste similaire en Sales Merchandising central ou local
• Bonne connaissance du marché Homme (Souliers et/ou Maroquinerie) et de ses enjeux
• Compétences analytiques développées, très bonne maîtrise d’Excel et du Pack Office, appétence pour les chiffres
• Une expérience en retail serait appréciée
• Anglais et Français courants

Pricing & Mark-Up Participe à la définition des structures de prix en amont de la collection en collaboration avec le collection merchandiser et les équipes de Production pour optimiser la marge des nouveautés et des carry over. Propose des réajustements de prix en euros et dollars en fonction de l’objectif du taux de marge de la catégorie et le respect de notre structure de prix. Réalise les mappings de positionnement prix pour chaque présentation de collection. 2.
