    Your job will be to: Learn and manage the end-to-end process of insight report delivery from cleaning & processing to analysis & visualisation to the report delivery itself Creating data insight reports for the business and a variety of client partners Creating engaging online consumer surveys in order to derive key insights for client partners Monitoring and providing insights from consumer data Identifying underperforming areas and being part of the development and implementation of improvements Applying statistical techniques to model and predict consumer behaviours Analysing, providing insight and proposing optimised solutions for all core company activities Developing and generating tools and reports to monitor campaigns and KPI performance The ability to maintain a strong customer focus The ideal candidate will have: 4+ years of experience in data analysis Strong numerical and logical skills Good planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage large workloads, multiple competing priorities effectively, and meet demanding deadlines The ability to work well in a team and to communicate easily Experience in building and developing feedback surveys Excellent data manipulation and reporting skills through the use of Excel and/or similar data management systems Strong analytical thinking skill and sound decision-making. Demonstrated ability to solve real-life problems.
