Excellente dextérité analytique, maîtrise des outils informatiques (Qlik Sense, Power BI, SFDC), très bon niveau d’Excel et capacité à travailler sur la qualité des bases de données. Appétence pour les activités commerciales, orientation process et amélioration continue, capacité à challenger le statu quo et à proposer des évolutions. Esprit d’équipe, excellentes qualités relationnelles, adaptabilité et capacité d’écoute pour répondre aux besoins. Agilité d'apprentissage, compréhension des organisations matricielles et capacité d’adaptation. Niveau d’anglais courant obligatoire. The Peripheral intervention business unit provides various medical products and services for treating peripheral arterial and venous disease, cancer detection, and end-stage renal disease. As an omnichannel hub activation lead, you will be responsible for setting an online/offline strategy and omnichannel acceleration for France and Benelux. You will guarantee infrastructure, organization, tools & deployment, in full alignment with BD's marketing priority to improve key touch-points in the customer journey. This is intended to boost demand generation and revenue capture through enhanced multichannel efficiency. This role is key to speeding up an omnichannel commercial model, making it more efficient and customer-focused. Job Description Main responsibilities: Co-create and adapt campaign assets to promote strategic programs to customers in France and Benelux Review existing metrics to assess campaign performance, channel preferences, and message efficiency, recommending campaign improvements based on critical metrics. Implement a coordinated plan across multiple platforms with collaborators/customers/partners/team members for the hub based on strategic priorities and business objectives. Collaborate effectively to contribute to Marketing Plan preparation. Audit the current infrastructure, contents, database, and tools to support content creation and campaign design for the hub. Drive market research activities to increase customer insights. Manage MLR approval process and localization process. Work with Agencies on asset production and campaign optimization. Onboard, drive, and deploy lead generation and handling framework with Sales, from campaign inception to qualified lead handover. Facilitate regular, meaningful communications among internal collaborators, management, and sales team. Monitor marketing activities budget and report monthly to Senior Omnichannel Manager. About You Requirements: Bachelor and/or Master’s degree level qualification or equivalent with 3 years’ Sales & Marketing experience including MedTech Industry. Marketing & Digital Communication expert with strong CRM Skills (Salesforce). Experience in campaign design and content creation. Data analytics. Proficient in English and French.
