Customer Service Manager
Responsibilities Responsible for managing the team and ensuring that the team members adhere to the customer service guidelines and company policies Reviewing customer service results & performance and suggesting improvement measures. Develop strategies and procedures to assure high quality of customer service delivery, that reflects industry best practices Contribute to the customer service initiatives & and take lead on the customer service projects transformation Lead relations with internal and external stakeholders assuring high collaboration and performance, especially with a close collaboration with sales teams
Qualification 6+ years of experience as Customer Service Manager in a manufacturing industry Strong leadership experience along with good knowledge of S&OP, planning & procurement Good know how in costing and SAP ERP Strong communication skills and able to work in an international organization Fluent in English & French
