Airswift are our recruitment partner for this project. Role & Responsibilities Uncover and evaluate improvement opportunities on a client site using our proven assessment methodology and techniques. In partnership with the client, translate improvement opportunities into a detailed implementation plan Utilize coaching and our performance improvement methodology to deliver results for our clients Manage client relationships from the front-line to senior site leadership Provide and deliver our capability’s and develop the client / project with insights and methods to further enhance our implementation toolkit Key skills Masters / bachelor’s degree (MBA is an asset) Demonstrated ability to work with people from the shop floor to senior management 5+ years of proven leadership and coaching experience Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt Certification (a plus) Project Management Professional training Any relevant certification or qualification in the performance / improvement sector Previous experience working in the civil, construction, manufacturing or similar industrial sector The next step We have an exceptional team in place, and we are pleased to be able to appoint a further person to our growing business.   • Software Engineer  

    - Paris

    Software Engineer Paris Permanent We are retained by a global supply chain mapping and product traceability solutions provider that enables companies to discover, analyse, and monitor all suppliers, components, and facilities in the entire supply chain. As a Software Engineer, you are expected to design, develop, and deliver the highest-quality technical approach to business requirements. Their platform is built in C# with AngularJS on the front and Java for backend graph processing (as they use Neo4J as graph DB). They are also using SQL Server for regular DB storage, RabbitMQ for processing, Elastic Search for fast data access, and Azure Blob for file storage. Qlik Sense, Qlik GeoAnalytics Cosmos DB & MongoDB for reporting. Form.io for online forms. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university, from an engineering school and/or equivalent work experience Bilingual (verbal and written) in English and French is mandatory. 4+ years of experience in full stack Web Application Development in .Net with any UI framework technology (Angular preference) with knowledge of a variety of technologies (Java, JavaScript, Neo, Rest, RabbitMQ, Elastic. Strong understanding of OOP design, algorithms, and design patterns Capable of working in a team environment A work permit to work in France is mandatory. This is a remote contract position, ideal for a fluent French speaker, with the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions that enhance legal services across Europe. About the Role: You will help build applications that interact with state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs), delivering time-saving and high-quality solutions to attorneys. Key Responsibilities: Validate content with a strong understanding of the legal frameworks in France. Collaborate with developers and product teams to adapt AI-based solutions for the European legal market. Provide insight into local legal practices to enhance product performance and accuracy. Requirements: Legal background specific to France. Proficiency in both English and French. Availability to work some overlapping hours with US-based teams. Nice-to-Have: Experience with AI prompting (can be learned on the job). Basic or advanced Python knowledge. Contract Details: Fully remote position.
