• Effectuer l'inspection de qualité de premier niveau ainsi que l'inspection des dommages.
• Dépannage des équipements suivant les données du client.
• lnvestigation des pannes, démontage et la réparation des cartes, modifications et mises à niveau.

* Vous serez un Technicien d'Essais chargé d'exécuter et attester la réalisation des essais au sol “PATM” (Production Aircraft Test Manual) avant les premiers vols ( et ceci sous délégation du département des essais en vols "Production Flight Tests") :

* Dépannage et reprise d’essais associées.
En tant que point focal technique d’aéronef et qualité produit, vous faites fonctionner l'aéronef sous la délégation du département des essais en vol, en toute autonomie pour les activités de déstockage moteurs, le fonctionnement à haute puissance des moteurs, les vérifications roulage. Vous assistez le département des essais en vol lors de la réunion du «Final Operational Test» (FOT) pour l'établissement du permis de vol. Vous présentez l'état technique de l'avion lors des jalons industriels.
* Au sein du groupe de production, vous serez le responsable technique et sécurité de l'avion pendant la phase opérationnelle.
Pour cela, vous:
* Définirez les priorités techniques d'application des opérations sur l'avion,
* Présenterez les documents de conformité de votre responsabilité lors des réunions FOT, PFFM (Pre-First Flight Meeting), H/O (Hand Over),
* Présenterez le TLB (Technical Log Book) à l'ingénieur navigant avant le vol,
* Analyserez après le vol les dysfonctionnements signalés par l'ingénieur navigant et organiserez les actions de remise en état.
Vous êtes responsable de l'intégrité de l'ensemble de l'aéronef lors des tests opérationnels avant la phase de livraison. Vous êtes en charge de la sécurité des personnes et de l’aéronef lors des tests opérationnels et des interventions avions (retouche, dépannage, intervention...).
* En plus de vos objectifs de Point-Fixeur, vous garantirez la complétude administrative et fonctionnelle du dossier avion pour le premier vol et la livraison.

* Réaliser des mesures et réglages sur des éléments de systèmes électriques, mécaniques et structure amovibles (bec, volet, gouverne de direction et profondeur)
* Identifier les pannes des systèmes électriques, avioniques ou mécaniques et les causes associées à l’aide du TSM (Trouble Shooting Manual).

As a Software Quality Engineer, you will be in charge to assure the quality and support the certification of the SW being developed on the entire equipment life cycle - Development, Production and In-service identified issues, assuring especially compliance to the applicable SW avionics standards (i.e DO-178; DO-330; DO-200).
