    What you’ll do:
    Reporting to the CFO and managing an HR generalist, you will be responsible for the provision of an effective HR service. You will lead and manage the Group HR department and you will provide HR advice and guidance to the top and middle management levels on all areas of employee-related activities.
    Design and implement HR strategies aligned with the business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. Monitor and improve overall HR strategies, systems and procedures across the organization. Manage the talent acquisition and retention processes and policies. Nurture a positive working environment. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Build a strong employer brand. Foster equality, diversity, and inclusion across the organization.     Nous avons un panel très large de produits d'assurance, le commissionnement varie et est en fonction du produit distribué.
    Par exemple, nous avons un produit qui peut être rémunéré entre *20*% & *25*% et un deuxième produit entre *28*% & *35*%.
