Supports the District Manager by communicating corporate direction to the assigned store using the "one vision, one voice, one message" strategy. The Store Manager’s role is to fulfill and execute the company’s mission statement on a daily basis. Is obsessed with our product, people and customers. Key Responsibilities Meet or exceed assigned sales plans and target metric objectives in the assigned store. Maintain commitment to the company’s sales processes, values and code of ethics. Stimulate sales and monitor each MOD (Manager-on-Duty) segment and ensure that poor performance issues are addressed. Monitor interactions between employees and customers and provide constructive feedback on how employees can improve service and increase sales. Generate customer traffic by participating in approved local events and/or marketing opportunities. Ensure consistent execution of the company’s marketing and visual presentation. Proactively identify various market opportunities and make recommendations to the District Manager for localized product, visual and marketing strategies.     The Franchise Manager will oversee daily operations of Skechers franchise partnerships across Europe. This role focuses on driving sales, ensuring brand integrity, and implementing best practices in merchandising, marketing, visual standards, and operations. You will partner closely with franchise partners and corporate teams to maximize growth, optimize store performance, and ensure consistent retail standards across all locations. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Motivate and guide franchise partners to maintain alignment with Skechers brand and retail standards. Drive sales growth through coaching, training, and regular store visits. Execute marketing, visual, and promotional initiatives in partnership with corporate and country teams. Collaborate on seasonal assortments, SKU allocation, and store layouts. Manage day-to-day franchise operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and local legislation. Support new store openings, special events, and business reviews. WHAT YOU’LL BRING: Ability to analyze sales and operational data to identify growth opportunities. Strong problem-solving skills with practical, effective solutions in retail environments.
